Summit
The 2nd Social Work Summit on End-of-Life and Palliative Care
Washington, D.C. - June 1-3, 2005
This Summit brought together leaders from over 35 social work and other stakeholder organizations from around the country, as well as from England, Canada and Singapore. Funding was provided by the Open Society Institiute’s Project on Death in America, and with assistance from National Association of Social Workers and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
