Study: Disparities in End-of-Life Care in California

A new report in California finds major gaps in end-of-life care in the state’s ethnically diverse populations. The report, funded by the California HealthCare Foundation, identifies a lack of hospice care, undertreatment of pain and palliative care, as well as communication barriers.
